Delete Your Account and Data
You can permanently delete your Nora account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Delete from within the app
Open Nora, go to the You tab, tap Delete account, and confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently.
Request deletion without the app
If you can no longer open the app or sign in, email support@iskae.dev from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and delete your data within 30 days.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in details (email or Google link);
- Your birth details;
- Your questions, readings and conversation history;
- Your credit balance and purchase history;
- All of your active sessions.
What is kept, and why
For fraud prevention we keep a de-identified record of purchase tokens that can no longer be linked to you. In addition, any data already sent to OpenAI to generate a reading is subject to OpenAI's own retention policy and cannot be deleted by us.
About your purchases
Deleting your account forfeits any remaining credits and does not automatically refund Google Play purchases. Manage purchases through Google Play.
